Before the intervention

Do you come to my home or work remotely?

Both. Remotely for software issues (the fastest), and at home anywhere in Paris and Île-de-France when hardware needs hands-on attention.

Which cities do you cover?

Everywhere in Paris and Île-de-France for home visits; remotely, wherever you are in France.

How quickly can you intervene?

Remotely, often the same day. At home, by appointment, at the time that suits you.

Do I need to prepare anything?

Nothing mandatory. If you have the relevant passwords (box, email), keep them handy — otherwise we'll manage without, or recover them together.

Pricing

How do I know the price before the intervention?

The price is announced clearly before any work: €24.99/15 min remotely, €29.75/15 min at home, €32.25 excl. VAT/15 min for businesses. You confirm before the clock starts.

Are there any travel fees?

No, travel is included everywhere in Paris and Île-de-France.

How can I pay?

Credit card, cash, bank transfer or secure payment link.

What if the problem isn't solved?

The technician tells you honestly what can be repaired and what can't, before going any further. You decide at every step.

I'm not comfortable with computers, is that a problem?

That's precisely our speciality. Our technicians explain things simply, without jargon, at your pace.

Can I book for an elderly parent?

Yes, it's very common. You book, we take care of your loved one with patience and keep you informed.

Will the technician explain what they're doing?

Yes, it's our trademark: every action is explained simply, and you can ask all your questions.

Security & trust

How are your technicians verified?

Identity and experience checked on joining the network, first mission supervised.

Is remote screen sharing safe?

Yes: it only happens with your permission, you see everything the technician does on screen, and the connection is closed at the end of the intervention.

What do you do with my data?

It is only used for your request, never sold or passed on. Details in our privacy policy.
